Allison loves to eat, and dining out with 15+ food has never stopped her from living life to her stomach’s fullest (pun intended). A trip to London inspired her to start Allergy-Approved and begin actively changing the landscape of allergy-free dining in the US.

Annika T. (Founder & Director of Allergy-Approved Kansas City)
Annika is a popcorn-lover and dedicated food allergy advocate. When she isn’t writing articles for Allergy-Approved or exploring the restaurant scene in Missouri, she enjoys playing golf and sharing memes with Allison.
Edugie O. (Director of Allergy-Approved NYC)
Edugie was born in Brooklyn, New York, and has resided in Long Island for most of her life. Edugie is a dedicated advocate for food allergies. She has spoken and presented to various K-12 schoolsto increase awareness of food allergies. As a result, one school in particular changed their lunch menu to remove all nuts from their meals. Edugie recently graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University where she was a member of Columbia University’s American Sign Language Club, Black Theatre Ensemble and African Student Association. Edugie enjoys acting, writing monologues, playing the guitar, reading and singing.
